Hi Thanks for the info, the problem was that your subdirectory was actually a location name and there was a function to strip any locations from the locationless URL’s. I have changed this so locations can never be added to locationless URL’s in the first place and it all seems to work now.

We did change the styles of the infowindow recently but on your site when i click the marker cluster bubble there are then no markers, maybe your categories dont have markers or the images are broken? Either way i can’t see the info window, please post when fixed.

Asking for the location is JavaScript based and so you can’t put off loading the page until the user decides. At the moment you can only load the everywhere location and then ask if the user wants to be geolocated but i could try and change it to allow the default location to load also, if that’s what you want?

Hi Martin,

Let me explain why we do what we do and we will listen to any suggestions 🙂

1. If we don’t run a query then Google won’t be able to index the page properly, so we load the “Everywhere” location and if the user shares their location then we direct them to the right place, if they don’t share then they still have a wealth of info to chooses from (unlike weedmaps, which just shows me and empty map and no listings if i don’t share)

It Looks like it split the taxonomies so it has a new ID and the image also got lost, i would imagine the image is still on the server but there is no easy way to re-associate them both.
