    Hello these are diffrent translations please note the capital “R” for Rating on one and lower on the other, you will find the other transaltions further down, just search for things by pressing Ctrl + F

    Hi Dave,

    Usually you only see the index.php value in the url when there is something wrong with your .htaccess file, do you get any warnings on the WP permalinks screen saying it’s not writeable?

    I have had a play with the code but there seems to always be problems, the easiest ay to fix this is for your host to fix the $_SERVER[‘DOCUMENT_ROOT’] value on the server.

    You could edit it via your control panel, the system only looks at the functions.php so if it’s renamed to something else then it wont look at that.

    Hi Georges,

    In this type of business all your sales would be B2B so in theory tax should not apply.
    If somehow it’s not the case then most EU countries have a scheme where you can opt in to pay a fixed rate on all sales which you could roll into the price of your packages.

    With these new rules it also depends on what you say you are selling to a customer, sometimes the rules are confusing, for example if you supply a PDF electronically by automatic means then the rules apply but if you manually email it then the rules don’t apply.

    Our new payment manager (soon to be released) has had hooks and filters added so that in future a tax manager can be developed and added in easily but this will take some time.

    You should seek proper advice to what applies to what exactly you are selling and if it is all B2B, then place a note about it in your T&C’s to keep yourself right.

    If enough people are selling B2C then we will make the appropriate changes to our system.

    Hello,

    I have found that for some reason your server is serving the ajax call for the merge fileds as json and not html, i have added a line to the file to force it to send it as html and it now looks like it’s working. I am not sure why your server is doing this, it might be a plugin or a server setting so keep an eye out for any other ajax actions that dont work.

    Should all be good now, i’ll mark this resolved, just let us know if its not.
