Manage Location Merge Submit Button Missing

    Hello,
    I noticed when I tried to merge locations under the “Manage Location” tab under MultiLocations, that there is no “submit button” once you get to the page to select the primary city. (See attached photo) It looks like there is a label where a form submit button should be instead. I just updated the plugin to see if that would help, but the issue is still unresolved. I hope someone can help with this.
