Hi Kevin,
The point of Geodirectory is that locations are added as needed by users, maybe some people might like this but personally i don’t see the point.
Importing places with new locations will also add the new locations.
Please explain what advantages, this will provide?

I don’t think it’s possible to change it to another post type, u can only edit.

Thanks for the info, i checked and you only have 2 price packages setup, one for events and one for places, so things are appearing correct.
To add events you need to enable them to be added from Design>Navigation and then use it’s own link, which will end in =gd_eventThe new version should be out in 3-4 hours.

#2 uploading images is throwing an error
Fatal error: Call to undefined function read_exif_data(), i have added a check to bypass it if not installed, so in next versoin it should work without it, but if you want, you can simply enable exif module in apache.
#3 this is a bug, will be fixed in next version.

#1 is a bug caused by a new feature, we will be releasing a version today to fix this, (about 4-5 hours)
#2 what tables are left? There should be options to delete all tables when removing the plugin.

On The listing details page from the front end there should be a upgrade button, i would try adding all your listings from the front end to avoid any errors at first.
