We had this fixed on the batch upload side, but we’re still getting problems when adding individual manual places

We currently have two that are in Wilmington, Delaware, USA and Araranguá, Santa Catarina, Brazil – Both are showing as Dallas Texas USA on the map

Our Chief Tech Officer will post the requested details in a private reply

OK – Answered the second question myself

Uploaded my data in the correct UTF-8 CSV format. Had 47 rejects which correlated to 2 blanks found in the city column and 45 blanks found in the Region column.

Still looking for answers on questions 1 and 3 when you gents get a chance
