Hi Kor!
Thank you very much. The CSS did fix some of the fonts, but the page layout is still different.It looks like there is a different page template being used if search results uses Category search parameter or not? For example there is a 50px padding on both edges of the main div on the problem page. The correct search results layout is full width. Looks like there is a “geodir_full_page clearfix” div missing on the incorrect version.
this is the HTML I was able to find:
Correct search results page layout:
‘<div id=”main” class=”all_colors” data-scroll-offset=”88″>
<div class=”stretch_full container_wrap alternate_color light_bg_color title_container”>
<div class=”geodir_full_page clearfix”>
<div class=”container_wrap container_wrap_first main_color sidebar_right”>
<div class=”container_wrap footer_color” id=”footer”>’Search Results Page using Category parameter:
‘<div id=”main” class=”all_colors” data-scroll-offset=”88″>
<div class=”stretch_full container_wrap alternate_color light_bg_color title_container”>
<div class=”container”>
<h1 class=”main-title entry-title”>’I don’t get how adding the category search parameter would possible change search result page template being used.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions or feedback!

Thanks for the info. I check again after the next update. thanks!October 27, 2017 at 12:59 am in reply to: ADD LISTING preview page does not display Listing Title #402835HI,
thank you for the reply.
I looked at the HTML of the “review your listing” preview page and the TITLE or header tags do not appear in the code.
When it does save, the Title appears just as it should be. It is only missing from the preview view.
I’m using the enfold wordpress theme.
thank you,
TimothyThis reply has been marked as private.HI,
Thanks for the reply. I just double checked the settings you mentioned. Everything seems to be set up correctly.Under GD > Event Settings > General > Link Business Settings I have checked the box that says “Allow linking to any post not just users own posts?”
Also, I have Payment Manager installed. I have a free Price Package set up and set “Link Business” to YES.
should I look for a plug in conflict? or any other idea?
thanks!!
Got it. thank you
Thank You Stiofan, that works perfectly.
Hi Guust,
Ah, I ran a test on my staging site and, yes, that is the issue. Changing permalink to post name fixes the issue.
However, I have about 10 years of blog posts that for better or worse, use a custom permalink structure. If I change to POST NAME permalink structure all of my blog posts will get a new URL and all the incoming links will not work.
I’ll have to look into some kind of redirection for lots of blog posts OR see if I can edit the location switcher shortcode for my situation.
thank you

August 10, 2017 at 9:36 pm in reply to: Add a new place page – Category options snot showing #390612Hi Kor,
thanks for the reply.I have successfully created 4 categories and have assigned map markers with no problem.
The issue is that the select category options do not show up on my Add A New Place page.
See the updated screenshot. any idea what would cause this?
