Google maps enabled due to Openstreet Maps errors

large cluster not zooming in.jpg – on opening map does not zoom in to cluster location to fill screen it justs makes a large cluster.
no background when zoomed in to break up cluster.jpg – when zooming in to break up clusters and see markers the background disappears.

Looks like the adage of deactivate all plugins and work from there always works!!
I think it was an SEO plugin that was automatically updating the sitemap and submitting to search engines for each listing import which would work fine for manual input but not for import!!
Any suggestions for a multisite seo geodirectory friendly plugin?
It wasn’t used for the main site but is used for a sub site where there is a gd_healthcare post type setup.
The double quotes are used because there are commas in the title. This is standard csv practice so that the line can be read properly using the delimiter and not a comma used in the text. This same file with double quotes was used prior to upgrading and worked 100%. The file also gets read correctly beyond these lines which tells me that it is reading correctly.

Since upgrading all plugins the import functionality also now crashes the server
Error still persists when trying to update a listing from the admin (backend) with the plugin activated.
