Hey,

The issue does persist even after toggling permalinks, but strangely when I save a second and third item those work fine.
I’m going to play around a bit more and see if it repros again. I did notice at the time of saving that ‘publish’ took an exceedingly long time, so maybe it just got confused on that save.

I’ll let you know if it happens again, and perhaps we can investigate deeper.
