Dear support team,
I am still having issues with wrong URL submissions to my social media accounts. Screenshot > https://www.screencast.com/t/lgjdr4Yh
I am not sure why the
wrong URL > https://www.worldcheckin.com/services/united-states/new-york/new-york-city/delgado-family-tax-services/
is used instead of
right URL > https://www.worldcheckin.com/services/united-states/florida/cutler-bay/financial-services/delgado-family-tax-services/
while submitting to social media channels. Can you please help me to investigate and may find out why the “new-yor-city…” (formerly priority city setup) is used instead or real link.
Best, Alex
Hi Guust,
I dropped temporarily the AIPWP security plugin in plugin_off folder so you shall be able to login now.
Please state when finished with your investigation to re-drop back.

thanks for info. I have already checked the same and found out the following to be adjusted from your end too.
1. De-select the “enable Google reCAPTCHA for “seetings on “GeoDirectory Add Listing” does help in my case.
2. Select the “disable Google reCAPTCHA for “Administrator” and “Author” does not work, even if I select all users. This function of disable seems not to work at all. Screenshot > https://www.screencast.com/t/APvfp1jSEBest, Alex
February 19, 2018 at 11:28 am in reply to: Are there known issues existing while using SNAP from nextscripts #418225Hi Support team,
as promised I found some issues while using SNAP plugin for social URL submission.
After adding the i.e. Nan Zhou Hand Drawn Noodle House
it is using a different location with this
wrong URL > https://www.worldcheckin.com/gastronomies/united-states/new-york/new-york-city/nan-zhou-hand-drawn-noodle-house/?utm_s within the
XING post > https://www.xing.com/feedy/stories/2626046577
instead of the
right URL https://www.worldcheckin.com/gastronomies/united-states/pennsylvania/philadelphia/restaurants/nan-zhou-hand-drawn-noodle-house/I am unsure where this comes from, as while adding a listing the address is proper set. May has this to do with formerly set New York as main city in GD > multilocations > Location settings?
Here also the URL setting screenshot within SNAP > https://www.screencast.com/t/nFKFBYEpBY5
I am looking forward to your help also to may submit helpful data to the SNAP deveopers for solving.

February 17, 2018 at 10:14 am in reply to: Missing featured images while add listing process #418003Hi Alex,
thanks for respond. OK let me check for the same and please give some advice in:Queries:
1. Which will be the easiest way to find listings without featured image and to be shown in a list, as those listings are added not from me directly? i.e. a database query command with result of missing featured images in corresponding database table screenshot to export as a csv list with corresponding listing URL’s?2. If you say you found “DOM errors in cosole related to some Captcha”. I am not familar with this and do not know what and how to solve. Any suggestions to that topic too?

January 28, 2018 at 9:37 am in reply to: What is the highest amount of listings to be added into the GD database? #414685@stiofan again,
about your suggestions
When you have that many listing there are a few things you need to consider such as, you can’t load a million listings on a map at the same time, you would need to limit things like the categories shown or the max zoom (out) level. It would also be best to disable the auto category counts.
Where can I find the settings of
a. limit things like the categories shown or the max zoom (out) level
b. disable the auto category countsBest, Alex

thanks also for your info and acknowledge that GD can handle lots of listings with your stunning results.
By the way, how did you done this to get to this good results. Can you please send me your link to see your site and are there any suggestions for me as a GD user colleague to reach such numbers?

December 31, 2017 at 3:54 pm in reply to: 404 pages – Listing not found issue – permalink structure #411052Hi just be informed.
The problem could be solved as the gt-voucher developers stated that they have changed their approach of their wigdets to be depreshiated.
I’ve removed this widget from the plugin. Long ago I introduced support for the banner on the normal GeoDirectory widgets, so this custom implementation is not needed.
So I had to set those widgets back to GD original to solve the probelm.

OK – I did made the request and hope it will be developed soon to solve the issue
