    I know, that’s what I thought, but I reinstalled, just wordpress on another domain, and just GD Core, got the same issue. I know it appears that way, but in the back end, it’s there, and if you login with the 2 accounts where the capability is listed, the page displays just fine. It only appears that way to all the other users and non-logged in visitors.
