Ok…I’m a dummy… my time zone is -6 not +6…duh.
ThanksThanks.
I didn’t see the Franchise manager…Thanks.
I just found the setting to disable the address but I don’t want to disable it for the entire CPT. I’m thinking to disable it and then use the city and zip codes as tags.I’ll look at the Franchise add-on now.
ThanksI was writing at the same time Kor was 🙂 Good luck.
Nick,
I too am trying to utilize wpai to import CPT’s.
I’ve been able to get it to populate all my custom fields but I’m having issues with permalinks when I use wpai.I was however able to get them to import by creating one listing, exporting it and then reimporting my data with the correct headers.
The particular issue I’m having now is that some of the listings are ‘statewide’ and don’t have a physical address. The others have a city and a zip with no street address and some are for multiple cities. I’ve made the address ‘inactive’ but it isn’t seeming to help.
I do have a ticket open on my issue as well, but if you’d like to get together outside of the GeoDirectory support and try to help work through our issues with wpai I’d love to chat.
I have issues with importing items with no address. I imported a CPT that had no addresses. The permalinks are all screwed up.

What can I do to correct this?
Also, with Elementor Pro, can I create an Elementor Archive template without the map and assign it to the CPT?
March 25, 2020 at 1:25 am in reply to: Import with TripAdvisor locations not showing on the map and more… #536613When you add a new listing, and set the map pin for it, is the correct timezone now added?
Not sure. All our business are closed now. When I import and try to set a time for the opening hours I get a date picker.
When you view the listing on the frontend, are the business hours displaying as expected?
Hours are displayed but it was saying business were closed when they should have been open.
Have you tried editing and then updating the timezone in a listing that has the incorrect timezone?
Yes.
Does the updated timezone save correctly?
No

Hours are there but it said closed.
I’m following this as well as I’m using wpai also. I imported my locations but was then told better of it.
Hopefully I’ll be getting some lists here soon and I’ll need this information as well.
So now that I’ve imported my locations…and imported several listings…How do I go about straightening things out?
I have 18 locations that are in their proper city in the proper state?
Do I simply delete the state? There are also 18 pages of cities without the ability to extend that list via options.I also can’t get widgets to show up on the add listings page.
Thanks
WHAT? I figured out late last night and imported them yesterday. How are you supposed to promote an area if you don’t have that area in the locations directory?
And what kind of problems am I going to have? Duplicates? How’s that if all the Geo coding is in place?
Well…that last link looked good it doesn’t give you the region.
I’m still trying to figure out how to populate locations.
I just found this GEM! Hope it helps others.

I didn’t see those available. If they are I’m happy to look at it further.
