I am getting a 524 Error Page every time I try to upload an event in GD, I have an up to date lic. and have been working with a GD Dev and we are both stumped as to why this is happening.
I have an account with Godaddy and it is on a shared server Deluxe Linux Hosting with cPanel.
I am using WordPress Elementor v2.8.5 & Elementor Pro v2.8.3
The site sometimes goes down because of over usage and sometimes we get the 524 error. see attachments.

The site seems to work ok if just browsing but when I try to submit an image it goes down.
The Featured Image option sometimes will not take the file, I get an error message in the media window.

Post-processing of the image failed. If this is a photo or a large image, please scale it down to 2500 pixels and upload it again.”
I check on the file size and it’s nowhere near the size. jpg 1280 x 720 190 kb
Help, my site is needing saving urgently.
