A bit confused on the settings

Hi,

in the locations / settings, we set the following:

Country: Enable Selected Countries
We added Thailand

Region: Enable multi regions

City: Enable multi cities

This should allow us to accept listings from any region or city within Thailand, correct?

When clicking on Regions, it shows Phuket Province and under Cities it shows Phuket
These were selected as the default location when we installed GD Core.

Are these settings correct if we want to allow users to add listings from anywhere in Thailand?
