Add Listing form – move package section

Hello,
I have several packages but each one is designed to include the same fields. Is it possible, and if so, how do we move the package section to the bottom of the form, before Preview?
In this case I am also allowing users to submit and create an account at one time.

That is not a good idea ….
Selecting a different package will delete all data already submitted and the users will have to start all over again.
That is why the package selector needs to be the first thing.
