Add new place Set Address on Map not showing

Hello,
It was working previously but now when I try to add a place the area below “Set Address on Map” that used to show a map is blank. The Address Latitude and Longitude fields give errors of “Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.” and ” Sorry, unable to load Maps API.” before I even enter data.
I have checked my google maps API and it is fine. And I have switched to Openstreetmap with no improvement.

There seems to be a select2 conflict, probably a conflict with another plugin.

You can try to identify the culrpti by disabling non-GD addons as explained here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/troubleshooting/#conflict-test

Good work!

The problem Plugin is:

Slider Revolution
Slider Revolution – Premium responsive slider
Version 6.0.0 | By ThemePunch

Looks like the new release of 6.0.0 creates the problem…

Is this a fix GeoDirectory will work on or is it something Slider Revolution needs to fix? I do like having 360 degree panorama’s in my listings…

Hi,

I asked the developers to check if it is something that we can prevent on our side, but I doubt it.

The plugin causing the problem should be fixed to make sure it doesn’t break other plugins.

We’ll let you know our findings asap.

Hello Michael,

Slider Revolution plugin loads basic version of select2 library and our GeoDirectory plugin uses some advance feature of select2.

I have fixed select2 conflict by adding following PHP snippet under Snippets.
```
function gd_snippet_190709_revslider_select2() {
	if ( wp_script_is( 'geodir-admin-script', 'enqueued' ) && wp_script_is( 'geodir-admin-script', 'enqueued' ) ) {
		wp_dequeue_script( 'revbuilder-utils' );
	}
}
add_action( 'admin_enqueue_scripts', 'gd_snippet_190709_revslider_select2', 999 );
```
