Adding linked post without searching for linked listing

Hi,

Is there a workaround to acheive this?

I want to add a button “add project” to the original lising page which is a company. is there a way for it to pick up the linked to/from listing without having to search for the company in the autocomplete search or have the autocomplete search pickup the listing the add project click came from and have it locked on that listing? is this even possible?
