Address autocomplete on location page not working

    Hello,

    I am having issues with a few things.

    1. The address autocomplete on the location page (home page) is not working.

    2. After entering an address in the address field on the location page and being directed to the search page, the 1. the listings/places are listed by distance from address entered, 2. the formatting is off.

    3. Are there any templates for products and shopping cart? I am trying to set up a prototype website similar to ubereats/seamless. When the user selects from a category and is directed to it’s products, there is not formatting.

    You have hidden the ‘search for’ field, did you mean to do that?

    The location page should not be used as the front page, and any other WP Page will do.

    A near search will automatically order by distance.

    There is a problem, perhaps jetpack or something else inserting a search bar at the end of posts?

    The product template is included but it basic as you have seen.

    If there are other issues and we need to check the settings please write back with WP Admin credentials in a private reply.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your help removing the search field by removing it from the archive page.

    Would you happen to know why the spacing is off between the title and the description of each listing?

    Also, how can I set up the autocomplete feature on the address search field?

    Where is the spacing off, can you share a link?

    If you have already enabled near search autocomplete in the Advanced search tab, then it is probably the fact that the google maps API is throwing an error. Try disabling other non-GD addons to find the one causing the conflict.

    Hi Khadija,

    Thanks for your reply. I’m able to see “< p > and < br >” tags as shown in the attached screenshot. Could you edit the “Achieve Item Page Template” and see if you’re able to spot it?

    If you are using a builder, it may insert a br or p tag wherever there is a new line.

    Please share the following connection info so the developers can debug the near autocomplete issue.

    Since I need search by current location and address autocomplete, would you advise to buy the all add-ons membership? I was looking at the 4 month package just to give it a try. Also, is the Geomarketplace compatible with the membership? I would love to get this set up today if possible.
