I am trying to import my .csv file but I am getting the error “19 / 19 item(s) could not be added due to blank/invalid address(city, region, country, latitude, longitude).” I saved the file as CSV UTF-8. I am creating smaller local directories so I only need locations in a single city. I am not sure where the problem lies in my spreadsheet, any help would be appreciated.

Is that the name of the Category? Make sure categories exist and you use either the category name, or if you use the slug, it needs to be lower case.

Best idea is to create one listing on your site, and then export to see how to import.

    Thanks

    Hi Anita,

also make sure the lat and lon are correct.

I did a quick test on this address: 531F N Greenbriar Rd

and the correct lat and lon should be:

    lat 35.80923810000001 lon -80.82765999999998

    at the moment you have

    lat 35.7678 lon 80.9208

The lon coordinate is missing the – (minus)

Also if you give the exact same position to all places, the map will show 1 marker only, because they’ll be all on top of each other.

    Hope this helps.

    Let us know,

    Thanks
