    Hello,

I’m trying to import a CSV of listings.

Unfortunately my address data is only separated by comma in the same cell.

The CSV export has separate columns for address info I.e Street | Street2 | City | Region | country | Zip etc…

If I just import the postcode/zip, and maybe the long/lat, will the listing autocomplete the address correctly once uploaded?

    Hello,

GD supports 2 import methods, and both require that address data is separated.

We recommend you use this one:

The importer will add/lookup lat lon if you have complete address information, but it will not create an address from lat lon.

For that error please install the plugin shown here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/import-export/#not-a-valid-csv-file

Your file is not formatted correctly. Try Libre or OpenOffice to open and edit and save CSV files.

This page covers everything you will need about importing.

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/import-export/

You will be most successult if you follow the recommended process on the page. Add a listing, fill out all required fields, export, open with libre office, edit, save, import.
