Not sure why this is happening…
We were logged in as admin and downgraded several listings from featured to non-featured on the back end. One of the listings was an owner verified listing that decided to stop their recurring subscription payment. On this particular listing, as soon as we downgraded it, we received 12 emails showing this:
Dear Admin,
A new listing has been published No Limits Nutrition Center. This email is just for your information.
ShopRVA.com
As I look back two weeks ago, the same thing happened to another paid owner verified listing. However, the featured listings that we setup for free and just now downgraded that were verified but that we did not charge a listing fee to, did not do this.
Please explain why we receive so many emails each time a verified paid listing is downgraded if downgraded from the back end via admin user?
