Ajax Chain Add Fields.

Just wondering…

I want to create custom fields on registration for CPTs where information type may be multiple.

For example, I want to create a field for Qualifications/Education.
Rather than create many duplicates of this field for people with multiple qualifications, is there a way to Ajax Chain (as can be done with the inbuilt Category field) so they enter one detail and option to Add a New Qualification? Would be selecting from a pre-defined list of options.

Also, is there a way to insert a Form with multiple input types in the same Custom Field i.e., for Qualifiations I would like
Year | Qualification | College | Major
as select options displayed inline

Could also be useful in other areas???
