Alt Image Tags

I’ve searched around within support but I haven’t found the answer to this yet. I was looking at my page code where I use the gd_listings shortcode, and all the featured images that I uploaded via the “add location” page have the alt tag alt=”image-xxx”. I added the alt tags for individual images on the wordpress media page, but didn’t work. I saw in one support post some info regarding image titles and captions to try and get the alt tag to show, but no luck.

I tried this in the image shortcode of the archive detail page…
[gd_post_images type=’image’ ajax_load=’false’ show_logo=’true’ show_title=”1″ show_caption=”1″ image_size=”medium”] but this also did not work.

Is there something simple that I’m overlooking? I’d really love to have those alt tags for seo purposes.
