Are these the correct instructions on how to migrate from another plugin?

We’re following the part where it says ‘Is there a recommended procedure for importing listing data from another system?’

These instructions aren’t clear or they don’t make sense. Are these the correct instructions on how to migrate from another plugin?

For example, it says we need to Setup Default Location, but there are no instructions on how to do this in your documentation.

Another example, step #1 of Create and configure your Custom Post Type is “Prerequisites”. How are we supposed to know what are the steps on “Prerequisites”? Or is it just a word out of place?
