Black Friday Discount Coupon Not Working

    I am trying to buy another 1 year subscription (non-repeating).

    From the Black Friday pageI go to 12 months one time bundle. The price for one year is $150. At the top of this page it says:

    You currently have a subscription for the 1 Year Addons bundle – one time fee subscription. If you wish to sign up a different subscription then you can do below.

    I enter BF2015-12M in the coupon box, press apply coupon, and it now says “Using Coupon Code: BF2015-12M”

    But the price is still $150.

    My existing subscription is about to run-out and I want to take advantage of this Black Friday discount.

    hi,

    the reason why you cannot purchase is that you are trying to buy the same subscription which you still have few days 4. It will let you buy that membership only once the previous one has expired.

    If you wish, I can drop it for these last few days, so you can proceed buying a new one.

    I’ve dropped your current subscription, now you should be able to proceed using the coupon.

    They are still active.
