build forms to collect data

Hello, I have a maybe rather general question:
I am using GeoDirectory and before I went online I have spent a huge amount of time to collect and import the data of more than 2000 listings which I now have in my database.
For the next round I would like to delegate the collection of listing data to other people.

My idea is that build up a new site which is only there for the collection of data with exactly the same GeoDirectory post types and custom fields per post type. On this site I would like to be able to create accounts for members who can do nothing else but to add listings from the front end.
There is no search page ore archive template required, the members only would be able to add listings.

3 questions:

1) Because I have many post types with extensive custom fields it would take ages to rebuild them all on a different site. Is there a way to just copy all post types including all custom fields to another site?

2) Can I somehow deactivate the search page and archive template so that the members only can add listings and nothing else?

3) Is it possible with the payment manager to pay the members per added listing?
