Cannot connect website

    We have purchased a membership, but unfortunately we cannot activate our website (see screenshot) – neither here via our account nor via the plugin AyeCode Connect.

    where are you hosted?

    We can check on that, but, before we do, you can take your membership key and add it to the Extensions settings as described here:

    That should get you started 🙂

    When i disabled the password protected setting i was able to connect my test user account (now disconnected). You will need to disable that to get connected.

    You should not network activate GD plugins, but site by site.
