If you have cloned the site, then yes, you will need to deactivate and reactivate.

    Hello maxitec,

You are using even outdated v1 version of GeoDirectory plugins thats why plugins are not showing “Licence Key” input in plugins page.

You have to update those plugins manually.
    1) Go to https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/ and download v2 plugins that you have active on your site.
    2) Backup existing GeoDirectory plugins(ex: geodirectory, geodir_custom_posts etc.)
    3) Extract and upload downloaded plugins

Try above steps or provide FTP credentials i will manage this from my side.

    Thanks,
    Kiran

    Hello There,

I checked and found it is directory permission issue. I done debugging and found following error during image upload.

Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/geodir_temp. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

I tried to created directory via FTP as well but it also fails.

    Command:	RNTO geodir_temp
Response:	550 Rename geodir_temp: Permission denied
Status:	Retrieving directory listing of "/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads"...

    Please correct file permission/FTP owner/group.

    Kiran
