When I test adding a listing the “submit” button isn’t working.

The preview listing link isn’t working either, even though I set it up to work.

Also, I can’t upload images in my general setting dashboard. As an example, I have custom images for each category, but the “add image’ button isn’t active.

I have many other plugins including:
    Avada Theme
    Thrive Themes
    MemberPress
    Affiliate WP
    Contact Form 7
    Enhanced Media Library
    Header & Footer Scripts
    Schema Pro
    Yoast
    Woo Commerce
    Taxonomy Images
    Simple 301 Redirects

Try disabling non-GD addons one by one to discover the cause of the issue. It is most likely a plugin conflict, as you surmise.

OK. In regards to adding images or icons to categories, there’s a problem with the UserWP plugin.

I deactivated all plugins not related to GEO Directory or my Avada Theme.

The User WP plugin is the culprit here.

Does that make sense if you integrate with Avada Theme?

What other user interface plugins could I use? Do you know?

Also, Avada comes with contact 7. Do I need Ninja Forms?

    Try adjusting the following:

WP Backend – Settings – AyeCode UI – Backend (wp-admin) – Load JS – Disabled

Ninja Forms can be used to send an email to the listing owner. Contact7 does not have a similar integration.

OK. I reactivated the UserWP plugin and did as you said.
WordPress >Settings > AyeCode > Load JS > Disabled (not recommended)

Now I still can’t upload an image or icon in the Categories set up.

Again, when I deactivate the UsersWP plugin it works again.

If we need to check the settings please share credentials in a private reply.

We aren’t seeing these issues exactly on our Avada setup so we need to check on it on your site.
