Can't add custom fields to 'new event form' to link events to a place

    I have worked most things out on there, but I can’t work out how to bring up the option of linking an event to an existing place.

    I have followed the instructions about adding “link posts:” custom field to the ‘add new post’ form, but the trouble is – it doesn’t appear!

    I add this, and save, then go to ‘add new event’ and the option is not there. I have also found the same with trying to add “featured listing” in my business directory.

    I must be doing something wrong, but I can’t work it out, and the V2 documentation is not helping me on this occasion.

    There is an option for each custom field “Show only in these price packages” which is empty. Choose there which price packages can access this field and it will appear on the form as appropriate.
