Can't find a button to create listings in wordpress

    H, GeoDirectory.
    After I installed the core plugin from wordpress, only “place”and “GeoDirectory”are created. And I can’t find any button to create listings. Does anyone know hiw to import listings in this situation? Thank you.

    If you cannot see the link to add a new place on the backend, let us know and we can check on it, just include WP Admin credentials in a private reply with login URL.

    Hi!

    you can add places from the backend or the frontend. In the backend the link looks like the attached screenshot.

    You can also visit the add-listing page at /add-listing/

    Give it a try!

    Hello, Alex. Do you mean I can’t add listing at the backend but only can do it from the frontend? But I got 700 listing to add, I wanna import them using wp all import.

    I had tried wp all import but the plugin cannot detect the custom fields in my places. And also failed to import all the data except the name if I input the field name manually. And I tried the default importer from the core plugin and used the sample csv file to import the data but also failed (same as using wp all import).

    Hello,

    please check the links above. Your CSV file must be prepared using the recommended process to use the built in importer. WP All Import will not work without the addon I linked.
