    Hi there,
I am just getting started on my GeoDirectory and can’t seem to import the dummy data. I tried to make sure my settings are right in terms of permalinks, anyone can post comments, etc. and I also added my Google Map API, etc. When I click on the button to import dummy data, nothing happens.

Here is a screencast of me clicking on the buttons to import with nothing happening:

I am running WordPress 4.9 running GeoDirectory Framework Child theme.

    Thank you very much,
    Kristen

Where do I set this? I don’t see the message coming up that asks me to set this, so I thought I already set it. I also don’t see where in the Geodirectory settings to set this.

    Thanks,
    Kristen

Hmmm, I just went to Multilocations->Add/Edit location and added my location there, but I still can’t seem to import dummy data.

Your default location needs to be an existing location; , , is not a location, they all need to be in the format like this:
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/definitions/#location

I fixed it, and imported some data.
    See also https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/manage-location/

    Thanks

    Hi Guust,
Thanks, but I still don’t understand what you did to set the default location. Can you tell me where in the settings you set the default location and maybe include a screencast for future reference? In the documentation I see all over the place that it is important to set the default location and to look for the prompt that asks you to set the default location, but I didn’t see that prompt. Where in the settings do you do it directly?

Thanks so much, I am excited to start playing with the directory!

    Hello!

Set the default location (city) at:

GD > Multilocations > Manage Location

    Hi there,
I swear I looked there 🙂 But now I see it. Thank you!
