Can't see Add Franchise button

    Hi, we need some help on our franchise settings.

    We’ve enabled our Franchise & cost=$0 in our free listing plans.

    However we can’t locate the Add Franchise button when the merchants logged in (Only add listing is available).

    Please advise how can we enable the add franchise button for our merchants.

    Has a user created a main listing first? Only listings nominated as main listings get a add franchise button.
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/franchise-manager-add-on/#usage

    In your case, go to Add-Listing page and tick “Enable multi-project”. That will create the main listing.

    Hi,

    We managed to find the “Add Franchise” button in the individual listing page.

    Is there a way to show the “Add Franchise” button in the dashboard page (see attached) to avoid our user adding another main listing instead.

    That would not assist if a user has two different main listings.
    A franchise has to be added from the main listing.

    Ok got it.

    Can we do a feature request for GD to indicate the main listing post with a marker, so the merchants can easily identify from the backend?

    This has been implemented.

    Two custom columns added in backend listing if franchise enabled for cpt. One column displays icon and other column displays main listing name with link to view and edit.
    There are three type of icons added to differentiate between main listing (with orange color), franchise listing (with blue color) and normal listing (with gray color).

    Please see image attached.

    it will be in next release.
