I have adjusted permalinks and have still been unable to correct this problem. Wherever I click a Category link, I am redirected to a blank page with only header visible.

Thank you for your assistance or ideas in how I can fix the display issue.

Please add your licenses to your plugins so you do not miss updates: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#updates

    I updated your Location Manager.

The problem you had is that you can only use GD > Permalinks > Add location in urls > Add city slug in listing urls if you only allows listings in one region or city.
If you allow listings everywhere as per GD > Multilocations, you need to set GD > Permalinks > Add location in urls > Add full location info with country, region and city slug in listing urls

    Please check now.

Thank you. I see it all working now. I’m not sure I like how the urls are looking now, but I’ll figure it out.

I’ll make sure the license info is inputted for updates as well. Thought that was done.

You can remove the location reference from the URLs, and the reference to categories.
If your site is only for one region (state) or city, you can change your Location settings to default country and default region only, and then you can use “city” only in the URLs.
