Change the fields that are showing in Map Bubble

I am trying to change the information shown in the map bubble. I have a field I added for Special Offers. I’d like to show that offer in the bubble, instead of the phone number as an example.

I tried to add the field to the Map Bubble through Show in Extra Output Location, but it didn’t work. I also just tried to remove the phone number form this bubble by removing it from Show in Extra Output Location (note: it is not removed in the enclosed screenshot). Both of these settings I’ve tried didn’t work. It always shows the phone number, but not the special offer.

Any suggestions? Am I missing a step?
