Changing 'Places'

I like a lot about v2 and have been playing around with two test sites to understand the changes. In one of them I managed to change the ‘Places’ to ‘Practitioners’ somewhere in my settings the other day and now I can’t retrace it to apply it to the other site.

It was a universal setting so wherever the word Place or Places came up it was replaced by Practitioner(s).

Any chance you can direct me to how to change that?
