Claim listing form "currently under revision"

    Hello
    yesterday a client told me that the claim listing form does not load properly.
    And yes, instead of the form there is just a note saying:

    “This form is under revision, please try again later.” (see screenshot).

    Do you have any idea where this might come from and what I must do to solve this?
