I have multiple price packages on my website.
When you add a new listing the price packages work fine (set up a monthly subscription)
When claiming a listing it only makes a single charge, and not a subscription?
Any ideas? Details below

We can look into that; could you tell us a bit more about the situation, please?
Can you share the GD Login page, please?
Which payment plan are you testing?
Which gateway are you testing with? Is it in sandbox mode?
February 6, 2018 at 12:41 pm #416256Its stripe which is the payment gateway.

So basically, the site is set up for users to add there own listings. They can wither claim a listing (forces them to use a payment plan) to claim. Or add a new listing manually and still go through one of the payment plans.
All the paid payment plans are a monthly subscription. When adding a new listing from scratch, the subscription is set up and is also under the subscriptions tab in Stripe.
When claiming a listing it is going down as a single payment on the invoice and in stripe, and not a subscription.Does this automatically get turned into a subscription after the month is over?
Thanks for your help in advance.
February 6, 2018 at 4:13 pm #416271Hello,
thanks for writing in with more details. I took a look behind the scenes and I do see there are some updates to be made.
Please review the following update about the launch of Payment Manager v2 and WP Invoicing for more information about upgrading your current payment system to address the issues you are encountering.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/payments-manager-v2-setup/
For support with upgrade and configuration please make a ticket for WP Invoicing Support. When you press login on the site you will receive an account automatically with the same credentials as this site.
February 6, 2018 at 4:23 pm #416275Hey Alex,
thanks for your quick reply.
I cant see on the update on where it will fix the claim listing subscription issue, can you show me?
Cheers
February 6, 2018 at 4:46 pm #416283We can only provide support on up to date systems, and the plugins are designed to run as a suite, so updating one means updating them all.
Payment Manager V1 on your site is no longer supported. The new version Payment Manager 2 requires a new plugin called WP Invoicing that is not installed on your site.
In all likelihood, upgrading will fix the issue you have identified, and if it does not, and your plugins are up to date, we can take a closer look.
For more information about updating addons please see:

February 8, 2018 at 1:04 pm #416684Hey Alex,
Thanks – upgraded.
BUT its a shame we had to pay for the Stripe Payment gateway plugin. As it was free before we had to upgrade to the new payment system.
Could we have our 3$39.999 dollars refunded?
Cheers
Shaun

I have just refunded that for you, you should have had access to it anyway.
Did this resolve your issue?
Thanks,
Stiofan

February 13, 2018 at 2:52 pm #417396Hey Stiofan,
I have noticed that our webhooks are getting a 500 error when testing them through stripe.
I copied the Webhook provided by Wp Invoiving and set that in stripe but still getting the Error.. any ideas?
This is an issue becuase for some reason on mobile the claim button (after your forced to upgrade) doesnt work. But it is fine on desktop, can you have a look why?
Details to follow.
Cheers

I checked your settings and they look good, where were you seeing a 500 error exactly?

February 14, 2018 at 11:00 am #417546Hey Stiofan,
its when you test webhooks in the Stripe dashboard. Please see attached
Also have you had a chance to look at why the mobile claim listing does not work?
Thanks for your amazing support
