Collapse the multiratings & review form

Hello !

Please, I need help. I want collapse the ratings form, because the container is too large, especially for mobiles view.

I would like people to see the reviews, but I would like the form to be displayed only by clicking on a collapse button (see my screenshot).

I am aware that I have to do the customizations myself, only please, could you just give me a hint regarding the file I need to modify? Or maybe a hook function or something like that?

In this way I just could use my shortcode collapse like this:
