https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/custom-post-type-shortcode-sortby-limitation-for-multi-day-events/
Following up on this thread – I thought I remember finding a place where it talked about combining multi-day events into one listing.
Can you provide me a documentation link where this setting is.
These are recurring multi-day events that occur 3 days in a row each year and not all days start and end at same time (like https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/multiple-days-same-event-different-times-on-days/)
In settings I chose recurring event, and used customer dates and to get around the time issue with start/end times I just checked “All Day” and will describe times in the actual listing (hope WPGeoDirectory can allow different start end times for each day in multi-day events in the future).
The end result I want is 3 listings under the Events tab for my Event Venue (Places Post Type) listing.
This is the setting in the Places Tab for Events
[gd_linked_posts title=”Events” link_type=”from” post_type=”gd_event” sort_by=”event_dates_desc” title_tag=”h3″ layout=”list” post_limit=”9999999999″]
What setting shows them combined?
Also, can I not show the tab if there is no Events (for example if I am on a different type of place category such as a doctors office that is not an event venue it would not make sense to have a tab labeled Events)
