Completely Lost on Franchise Manager

I have read the contents of this page https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/franchise-manager-add-on/
I have the Franchise and Payment Plugins installed. I do see the Franchise link in my admin area.
Here are your instructions:

Integration with the Pricing Manager addon
If you are using the Payments Manager addon, then you will need to allow Franchises in the relevant price package before your users will have the option to use the franchise feature.
You will first need to Enable Franchise in the price package and then save.
Then re-edit the same price package to set the Franchise Cost and the Franchises Limit.

I am completely lost. Nothing shows up under Item in the Pricing Manager where I can select a Franchise and nothing shows up on the Add Listing form for a Franchise.
