    I am trying to set up the Contact Form with the GD Ninja Forms widget. I have Ninja Forms set up and the GD Ninja Forms widget on the GD Page Details sidebar.

    With reference to https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/design/gd-ninja-forms/

    It says:

    Visit the Custom Post Type settings -> Custom Fields
    Make sure that the “Contact Email” field has been added to the Custom Post Type
    Verify that the email field has the key ’email’

    I am not clear as to where the Custom Post Type settings -> Custom Fields section is. The nearest I can find is Places –> Settings –> Custom Fields [Tab].

    I have attached a screen shot as I can not figure out how to populate the ‘Custom Fields’ section which is displayed as ‘There are no custom fields here yet.’

    Hi Ian,

    Thanks for your post. That article is referring to this section of the documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/custom/ . Then, you should see the email field as shown in the attached screenshot.

    I can see the ‘Contact Email’ predefined field in the ‘Custom Fields’ under Places –> Settings. How do I now add it ‘to the Custom Post Type’?

    No I just have ‘Places’ i.e. single CPT. I am trying to follow the set up for the GD Ninja form to set up a Contact Form.

    So under ‘Places’ –> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Custom Fields’ -> ‘List of fields that will appear on add new Place listing form’. I can see the ‘Contact Email’ field has been saved (see screen shot).

    The GD Ninja Forms widget is configured on the GD Page Details sidebar. But when I visit the page there is no Contact Button visible.
