Hi,
Does the “Contact Form” label show always when the listing has an e-mail Field with an e-mail adress?
Is it possible to disable the “Contact Form” label on specific listings that have an e-mail Field with an e-mail adress?
I look forward to your reply.
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards.

Thanks for your post. This can be done using custom CSS. Could you share some screenshots and a link to the URL in question?
July 22, 2019 at 7:35 am #498848Hi Kor,
Thank you very much for your reply.
Sorry, I have to reformulate my question.
Is it possible to hide the “Contact Form” in the GD Sidebar for specific Price Packages?
Is there a “Contact Form” shortcode that can be used to show the “Contact Form” in a GD listing tab and/or in the GD Sidebar for specific Price Packages?
I look forward to your reply.
Thank you very much once again for your help.
Best regards.

July 22, 2019 at 9:13 am #498869Hello Alex,
Thank you very much for your reply.
What I would like to do is to create a Package that allows collecting the e-mail adress but it does not show it anywhere neither shows the Contact Form button in the listing detail. Is there some way to do this?
I look forward to your reply.
Thank you very much once again for your help.
Best regards.

Thanks for your reply. Could you share the URL of the page in question so that I could see the contact form in question?
July 31, 2019 at 3:44 pm #500589Hi Kor,
Thank you very much for your reply, but I do not understand what do you require, since I do not have any existing page or contact form to show to illustrate my question about something that I would like to do but I do not know if it is feasible.

July 31, 2019 at 4:06 pm #500593Hi jotomas,
You can refer to this section of the documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/packages/#settings and refer to Exclude Fields. Excluding the “Email Field” from the package will remove the “Contact Form” as explained by Alex. Could you give it a try?

Thank you very much for your reply.
But excluding the e-mail adress from the package would mean that I could not get the e-mail adress of the business if it is different of the e-mail adress of the user adding the listing, right?
I would like to get the e-mail adress of the business from Free and Premium packages but show the “Contact Form” button only for Premium Packages.
I look forward to your reply.
Thank you very much once again for your help.
Best regards.

I have checked again the Ninja Form Widget settings (screenshot attached) and I believe that everything is ok. However, the “Contact Form” button does not show.
I look forward to your reply.

August 1, 2019 at 12:37 am #500658Is it possible to disable the “Contact Form” label on specific listings that have an e-mail Field with an e-mail adress?
Yes, with Custom CSS. Once you have the GD Ninja Forms widget showing again, share a page where you want to hide it and we can help with the CSS.
To enable the GD Ninja Forms widget to show
1. Make sure the email field is not excluded from the price package
2. Check a listing to make sure the email field is filled in
3. Make sure the GD Ninja Forms widget has been added to the widget area showing on the details page or to the Details page template. If we need to check the settings please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply.

The integration with Ninja Forms only works if you use the field with key ’email’ and won’t work if the field has key ‘e_mail_tapes’
Add the new predefined email field, export listings, copy over the email addresses into the new field, and make sure that new email field isn’t excluded. Then it should work.
