    Hi Guys
Running this plugin with the Geo framework theme. For some reason when adding a listing, the map tab just seems to load forever (see attached) it also seems to be entered over lithuania for some reason.
If you could assist I’d be very grateful.
    Thanks

    Thx

    Hi Paolo

Can you advise where you’re referring to?
Within “manage location” I have London set as the default (attached).

Or are you referring to a setting elsewhere?
    The url is http://thatlunchplace.com/places/united-kingdom/greater-london/soho/restaurants/bone-daddies-ramen-bar-2/#post_map

    Hi,

are you sure this are admin credentials? I can’t see most admin menus…

It appears that you have the GoogleMaps API loaded twice. I can’t see plugins or themes links to see what you have installed, but I guess there is another plugin using GoogleMaps API.

    Let us know,

    Thx

p.s. there is another error realted to bootstrap…

    Error: Bootstrap’s JavaScript requires jQuery
    https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.0/js/bootstrap.min.js
    Line 6

Ubermenu had Google Map Api enabled:

    Load Google Maps API
If you are already loading the Google Maps API, or if you do not need Google Maps in your menu, you can disable this.

This removed the double call to Google Maps API. Now we need to resolve the other.

    Error: Bootstrap’s JavaScript requires jQuery
    https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.0/js/bootstrap.min.js
    Line 6

You should try disabling all non GD plugin to see if any of the is causing that error. Than reactivate one by one to find out which one exactly was the culprit.

    Thx

Just FYI, Ubermenu will add an avarage of 150 db queries per page load (more than doubling original queries).

I love the menus that you can make with it, but they also slow down your website a lot.

    Thanks for the info.
Struggling to locate the cause of this – I’ve been through an deactivated all the plugins and still appear to have the map error.

    Thanks

It is not a map error, Google Maps API calls are returning 200 ok response.

It is a javascript error that is preventing the maps from being rendered.

It is caused by a Bootstrap’s JavaScript called from an external server.

Once you remove the error caused by that call : https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.0/js/bootstrap.min.js all other Javascript based tool will work again.

Given that GD doesn’t use that file nor it calls it, it must be something else.

Do you mind if I deactivate every non GD plugin and also change theme to an uncustomized one to see if that sovles the problem.

    Let us know,

    Thx

    Hi

Go ahead, though disabling a couple of them stops the places from displaying at all. Ubermenu being one of them, though this will probably be theme specific.
