Good afternoon! I think I’ve done everything, but the countries are not translated into Ukrainian in Settings – Locations – Countries. I really need your help. Without a solution to this problem, links contain incorrect slug.

Just to confirm, you followed these instructions?
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/translation/country/#instructions

Please share WP Admin credentials and FTP if we need to check the settings.

You want the slugs to be uk_UA?

I want the country slugs to be uk_UA for the Ukrainian version of locations. And I want the countries to be translated here into Ukrainian, too, since they were translated into Russian in the Russian version in Settings – Locations – Countries.

And I want the languages that I add later to be like that too.

I don’t understand a lot of things about this tool. I will write about it soon.

I understood why I had this question. I had to enable the checkbox “Set admin language as editing language”.

Now I understand that the slug of the country does not change, and there is one in all languages of the site. At the same time, even if we don’t translate countries, regions and cities are translated into url listing in other languages.

It works this way if you use the code of automatic translation of the map into the active language. At the same time, I manually change the location address to the active language in the translated listings.

Yeah, the question is closed. The solution is to turn on the checkbox “Set admin language as editing language”.
