Hi
I would like to have a free business directory package for visitors to add basic listing. I have created a free package to cater to this requirement. I want that user creation/registration should be optional. They should be able to add free listing only by providing their name, mobile and email id.
For paid listing, I would like to simply display features as text and provide a form (Ninja form) for user to add their choice and “ask for quote”. I shall send individual quote (using invoicing quote module) to them and add listing based on the combination they choose. There can be lots of such combinations (based on number of categories, tags, images, length of text, business hours etc etc). How do I manage this?
I have purchased full membership of wpgeodirectory, userswp and invoicing.

That can be done with this setting:
GD > Settings > General tab > General sub-tab > Show Advanced > Allow posting without logging in? > YES.For paid listing, I would like to simply display features as text and provide a form (Ninja form) for user to add their choice and “ask for quote”. I am not sure I understand this, but you can edit the Ninja contact form to include additional fields: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/ninja-forms/#contact
Or maybe this is the answer: https://wpinvoicing.com/downloads/quotes/
Please give us more detail if I misunderstood.
Thanks

On second question: I got how to make form and send quote. But once we receive order, how do I add listing. Because each quote may have different requirement and it shall be difficult to create packages for each such combination. In this case since customer is paying, I shall make it mandatory for them to register and add their listing as per their order. How do I manage these orders on GeoDirectory?

That will require full registration then, or add a custom field to the Add Listing form itself.
If I understand correctly now, you will need to create a form that allows you to collect the user data, if it is not possible to collect them using custom fields.
Then you can create your own listing from that.
And use Invoicing items to create the invoices, instead of using GD packages. Thanks
September 2, 2019 at 3:41 am #506002Thanks. I though there may be some way to manage multiple packages within GD.
September 2, 2019 at 4:48 am #506015You can create as many packages as you like, but I replied based on your comment that “it shall be difficult to create packages for each such combination”.
Thanks
