Hi,
re https://pokernearme.com.au/
For some time I have been having issues with the import / export of data in that there seem to be random changes to the data, sometimes on the site without any activity by me. In particular dates and times of events. The dates are set up in the spreadsheet in the US date style, then imported into the site. Then if they are exported as part of a data update, they revert to UK time style, and then when re-imported change the event dates. Separately to that currently nearly all of the dates on the site, with no input from me to most of the game events, have changed to just two dates for no particular reason 21st and 28th May). What is happening for these changes to occur and what can I do to make sure it doesn’t happen in the future?
See the attached export from today which shows all the dates as the 21st when in fact they should be many and varied.
ThanksJulian

We will need to look into that, could you share a CSV of your import data and access to the site?

May 30, 2019 at 12:08 pm #489984Hi,
Zipped file attached. I tried again by deleting all the pokermania games off GD and then tried to reload the pokermania file and couldnt get it to load and display no matter what. So in addition to random date changes now the games will not load. Thanks
JulianJune 4, 2019 at 12:25 pm #490769Hi Julian,
Event dates should be in yyyy-mm-dd format, because sometimes system does not identify correct date format between mm/dd/yyyy and dd/mm/yyyy.
I have made some changes to support mm/dd/yyyy date format in importing events. It will be in next release.
Please provide FTP credentials if you want to apply patch from our side before next release.Let us know.
Regards,
KiranJune 5, 2019 at 11:08 am #490962Hi Kiran,
Thanks but the problem seems to be much bigger than just the dates. I have attached a file I have tried to upload a number of times with the correct dates and it wont load. Can you check it and tell me what Im missing? Thanks
JulianJune 5, 2019 at 8:00 pm #491068The date format you are using is not supported.
Please write back with FTP and we will patch that. You have an unnamed column with value APL for all listings?
