Detail tabs translation

Hi,
I have a strange behaviour here.
I cannot find the label “Special offers” in my french translation, however it’s displayed on the detail page.

Could you please clarify this :
I have a PO/MO file in both location, and I think they’re the same :
One in:
> Languages > Plugins > wp-plugins-geodirectory-stable-fr.mo
Another in :
> Plugin > geodirectory > Language > geodirectory-fr_FR.mo

Which one I keep, and how I get rid of this missing labels to maintain a clean translation on the website ?

Nota: I can find the label well translated in this location : > Languages > Plugins but it’s not the one displayed.

The same thing goes for the “Add Listing” option in the dashboard. I cannot find where this label come from… And still loads of untranslated labels. I must be missing something.
