    I need to customize and extend the geodirectory plugin. However when I got to:
    http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/category/dev/addons-docs/

    or
    http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/category/dev/core-docs/functions/

    nothing is found. What gives?

    We are still building the dev docs but have found it hard to find the time.
    It is top of our list for this month.

    If you need help/tips or want anything documented first, just let me know.

    What’s the status on the docs? If you opened this up to third party devs, it could save you a ton of time and work (I.E booking system etc). However, without the proper docs, we have to spend hours trying to figure everything out and while a skype chat is a nice gesture, it’s probably a drain on your time even more.

    Any idea as to a release date?

    HI,

    It’s difficult to set a release date for something like that. It will be an ongoing process where we add the list of all hooks, filters and functions and provide a few example of usage for each, day by day.

    We are talking about an entire codex made of hundreds of pages of documentation, not really a small task. We looked into outsourcing, but we were not succesfull. Stiofan needs to be writing them and between all support request and coordinating development, very little time is left over.

    We will do our best in the next weeks to advance as much as possible.
