I am looking for a developer who can develop an “inquiry request” or “get quote” feature in GeoDirectory.

The visitors of the website could send inuiries through a form to the registered businesses. Then the businesses get the inquiry requests by email depending on their GeoDirectory packages and the category they are in.

Thanks. I would like to have a separate enquiry form/solution in order the enquiry is sent to several businesses at the same time, those, who are in a specific category e.g. to Featured businesses…

Is it possible to do this?

That would require heaps more work, I did not realize you wanted the same form to go to a number of listing owners at the same time. Nearly everything is possible, but that is not a simple customization.
Hopefully you find somebody.
