Different packages frontend/backend

Good afternoon, I’m having a lot of trouble trying to pay for the packages. I have two packages:
– Fremium: free
– Premium: recurring payment

The following is happening. If a user registers a restaurant directly in the Premium package (with paypal or with Test payment) it is perfectly registered with the Premium package.
If a user registers a restaurant in the fremium package and later upgrades to Premium, when the payment gateway is paypal, everything seems correct but the user still sees in his frontend that the package assigned to his restaurant is Fremium, while in the backend of wordpress appears as Premium.
Attached is a snapshot of a restaurant at the same time seen in the backend and in the frontend.

This is causing me many doubts about the reliability of this process, sometimes the package is changed and sometimes not.
The payment has been generated correctly, in paypal appears the subscription, but the user still has in his view the restaurant as Fremium. I do not know what else to try.
